Street Team Management

All information will need to be provided by the author, including book excerpts, graphics and any video media to be used by the Street Team. Content pulls from published works or upcoming manuscripts is an extra fee.

  For a new, not already established Street Team:

$150 setup, $75 monthly management. 

• Create a shared google drive (On author’s drive, editor access required)

• Create Street Team application/form (As discussed with the author)

• Vet applicants (discussed closely with the author)

• Create and organize Street Team and chat (Multiple platforms is an added cost)

• Create team guidelines and expectations (As decided with the author)

• Manage team by sending participation reminders

• Keep team updated on pertinent information (as given by the author)

• Track participation and engagement (spreadsheet or calendar created for tracking)

ARC Team Management

 For a new, not already established ARC Team:

$150 setup, $75 monthly management 

• Create ARC application/form

• Vet applicants

• Create and organize ARC team and chat

• Create team guidelines and expectations

• Coordinate ARC distribution

• Send reading/review reminders

• Track reviews and participation (spreadsheet or calendar created for tracking)

• Follow up with team members

Beta Team Management

  For a new, not already established Beta Team:

$150 setup, $75 monthly management

• Create Beta Team application/form

• Vet applicants

• Create and organize Beta team and chat

• Create team guidelines and expectations (with guidance from the author)

• Coordinate manuscript distribution (through the author's preferred platform)

• Send reading/review reminders

• Track deadlines and participation (spreadsheet or calendar created for tracking)

• Follow up with team members for feedback and to ensure proper guidelines are being followed
